Step 2: A member of the SEMP Entrepreneur Program department will review your application and schedule a meeting. During this meeting, we'll discuss your interest in employing individuals with disabilities and answer any questions you may have. Step 3: Complete the necessary paperwork, including background checks, fingerprinting, and attendance at EIHAB's mandatory entrepreneur training certifications. Step 4: Once training and all background checks are completed, you'll be prepared to start mentoring individuals either in-person or virtually. If mentoring in-person, you'll be connected with suitable candidates and a supervisor to establish a start date and schedule. If mentoring virtually, you can begin setting up your remote working arrangements. Step 5: Following your initial experience as an EI-ntrepreneur mentor, we will check in with you and the individual to evaluate progress.
