We have a moral mandate to do our utmost to serve those in need, enabling them to achieve self-reliance and help them to take their places as productive members of society.

The individuals we serve deserve genuine caring and excellent services. We want not only to develop programs that serve the under-served and hard to serve communities, but to increase public awareness of their needs.
