It was with great joy and gratitude that we welcomed all of you to our 2024 Holiday Party and Award Ceremony on December 17, 2024. This special time of year allowed us to gather together as one big Eihab family to celebrate our accomplishments, reflect on the year gone by, and look ahead with hope and excitement for the future. 2024 proved to be a year of growth, resilience, and achievement. Together, we overcame challenges, reached significant milestones, and expanded our impact in ways that inspire hope for an even brighter future.

 

As we celebrated, we also looked forward to the possibilities that 2025 holds. Our goals for the upcoming year are ambitious but achievable, and with our combined efforts, we can deepen our impact, broaden our reach, and continue making a difference for those we serve. We first extended a heartfelt thank you to our esteemed CEOs, distinguished board members, generous sponsors, and donors whose unwavering support and generosity have fueled our growth. Their contributions have allowed us to make a real difference in the lives of so many, and we are deeply grateful for all that they do.

 

To our incredible Direct Support Professionals and Program Management teams, who contribute tirelessly to the success of this organization: You are the heartbeat of everything we achieve. Your hard work, dedication, and passion are the foundation of our accomplishments. Together, from all different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives, we are achieving remarkable things. We are doing this together, united in our mission and vision. The holiday award ceremony was a chance to honor some extraordinary individuals who went above and beyond in their roles. Each brings unique talents and perspectives that make this organization a better place, and we celebrated that. While we may come from different walks of life, at Eihab, we are one.

 

As we reflected on 2024, we remember that every success was a team effort. Every goal we met, every person we served, and every challenge we overcame was because we stood together. It’s not always easy, but our collective strength, resilience, and determination to provide care for those we serve make us unstoppable.
