The Annual Employee Appreciation Awards ceremony is a cherished tradition, offering us the chance to commend and honor those who have exceeded expectations in their roles. In 2023, we are thrilled to unveil three significant awards. The Management of Excellence Award recognizes a member of our management team who has consistently showcased exceptional leadership, dedication, and innovation. The DSP of the Year Award pays tribute to an outstanding frontline staff member who has demonstrated exemplary dedication, compassion, and professionalism in supporting individuals with disabilities. Lastly, the Star Employee Award celebrates an individual who has displayed extraordinary acts of kindness, generosity, and positivity throughout the year, highlighting the unsung heroes within our organization who brighten the lives of others through their selfless actions.

The DSP of the Year Award celebrates a remarkable member of our frontline staff who has exhibited outstanding dedication, compassion, and professionalism in their support of individuals with disabilities. This prestigious accolade is bestowed upon those who embody the highest standards of care and service. The criteria for this award are comprehensive, including a demonstrated commitment to person-centered care, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, consistent display of empathy, patience, and respect, proven advocacy for the needs and rights of individuals, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of those we serve.

She continues to impress us with her support skills and talents, and we couldn't be more thankful for her support services.
