General Eligibility Requirements At EIHAB, services are available for individuals with documented developmental disabilities, including children with delays, and their families. Eligible individuals encompass those with multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, medically fragile individuals, and others with disabilities affecting intellectual and adaptive functioning. Services extend to individuals with traumatic brain injuries, with limited select services offered to those with dual diagnoses and disadvantaged youth. Children's Services Birth to Age 3 : Services follow guidelines set by the New York City Department of Mental Health and Alcoholism Services.
