Pennsylvania
EIHAB Human Services currently operates licensed homes throughout Northeast Pennsylvania and Lehigh County, enhancing the quality of life of those in need. The agency currently serves individuals with ID, Dual Diagnosis, Autism, Visual Impairments and Complex Medical Needs.
EIHAB’s dedicated team of administrators works hard to ensure that all residences maintain a positive, nurturing environment, providing high quality and compassionate care that enables individuals to successfully meet their goals and thrive in the community.
Group Home Services
We provide 24/7 support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our residents may choose to live alone or with others in a home or apartment. All of our adults have access to clinical services provided by nursing staff, psychologists and behavioral specialists. In addition, EIHAB’s dietitians ensure that meals are prepared in accordance with individuals’ dietary needs to facilitate safe eating habits.
Supervised Apartments
Respite care is designed to provide short-term, temporary support to family members caring for their loved ones so caregivers can take a break from their responsibilities. Respite stays can be a few days or several months, depending on the needs of the family. Respite care can be provided in the individual’s home or another setting. While this form of care is often planned in advance, it is also available in crisis or emergency situations.
Supportive Living
From outpatient mental health treatment to long-term residential care, our highly trained team supports those in need on their path to recovery. We offer individualized care for people with mild to severe mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety and personality disorders.
In-Home Supports
Habilitation is designed to assist individuals with the development and maintenance of skills in the areas of self-care, daily living activities, and socialization through the use of community resources while living at home with their families.
Life Skills
Our well-appointed homes contain immaculate living and dining spaces, with easy access to local recreational activities and other community services. Through continued guidance and support, individuals have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential in our care.
