Craig Brophy Vice President, EIHAB Pennsylvania

EIHAB Human Services currently operates licensed homes throughout Northeast Pa and Lehigh County, enhancing the quality of life of those in need across Pennsylvania. Nonetheless, our agency administration works hard to ensure that the individuals we serve are compatible with each other so that their experience in their home is a positive one.

Through high quality, compassionate care we aim to help individuals with developmental disabilities be successful in their personal goals and in their communities. We currently serve individuals with ID, Dual Diagnosis, Autism, Visual Impairments and Complex Medical Needs.

  • Group Home Services

We provide 24-hour-a-day, seven-days-a-week support to individuals with IDD. All our adults have access to clinical services (psychologist or behavioral specialist), a nurse, dietitian and other services as needed. Our residents may choose to live alone or with others in a home or apartment.

  • Supervised Apartments

Respite care is designed to provide short-term, temporary support to family members caring for their loved one so they are able to take a much-needed break from their responsibilities. Respite stays can be a few days or several months, depending on the needs of the family. Respite care can be provided in the individual’s home or another setting. While this form of care is often planned in advance, it is also available in crisis or emergency situations.

  • Supportive Living

From outpatient mental health treatment to long-term residential care, our team supports those in need on their path to recovery. We offer individualized care for people with mild to severe mental health issues, including depression, anxiety and personality disorders.

  • In-Home Supports

Habilitation is designed to assist individuals with the development and maintenance of skills in the areas of self-care, daily-living activities, and social skills through the use of their community resources while living at home with their family.

  • Life Skills

Our well-appointed homes contain immaculate living and dining spaces, with easy access into town for recreational activities and other community excursions. Through continued guidance and support, individuals have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential in our care.

Referral Process

If you or someone you know are in need of any of the services we provide please contact the county MH/ID office. The county MH/ID offices serve as a referral source and determines a person's eligibility for service funding and if found eligible a person will receive a supports coordinator. Your service coordinator completes the PUNS form which identifies what services you need and how soon you need them. For more information please contact Craig Brophy at
